At Punk Pleb, we want you to be in love with every purchase you make!

Our dedicated quality control team will inspect your items prior to shipping to make sure everything is correct. 

Unless otherwise noted, unworn 'ready to ship' jewelry may be exchanged within 10 days of receiving the item(s) for store credit, less the 10% restocking fee + $40 insured shipping.

Punk Pleb does not issue refunds for any orders. We also do not offer store credit or exchanges on custom or made to order jewels.

If you have purchased a ring and it is not the correct size, we will resize once for you.

To initiate a return, please email info@punkpleb.com. Please note that return shipping cost will be the client’s responsibility, although Punk Pleb can facilitate providing an insured label. Store credit for ready to ship jewelry will be available once the piece is returned to Punk Pleb and inspected.

WARRANTY 

Punk Pleb guarantees against all defects of materials and craftsmanship of our jewelry, but it does not cover normal wear and tear, neglect, or accidental damage. Normal wear and tear would be considered scratches or dents in metals and softer stones, flattened/worn prongs, etc. Please note it is a design feature for some of our pieces to look "worn" these will be noted in the product descriptions.

We recommend having your jewelry inspected every six months to 1 year to keep it in good condition.

Please be mindful that it is important to add fine jewelry to a homeowners, renters, or individual policy; this will protect against loss, damage or theft of jewelry.  

Should repairs be needed, it is the client’s responsibility to ship and insure the piece(s); Punk Pleb will return jewelry via insured shipment.

Damage to stones (diamonds, emeralds, pearls, opals, sunstones, other colored gemstones, etc) can be replaced at cost + shipping to the client. Please be mindful that some stones such as Emerald can easily crack or chip if they are not cared for properly. Please insure your piece so that you are protected should any loss or damage occur.
